Chamber Paychecks & Pink Slips Scorecard Sparks Reaction – The Chamber's Paychecks & Pink Slips Scorecard debuted on Monday sparked lively reaction with business and civic leaders across the city.  Business leaders praised the Chamber for measuring real results at City Hall on the issues of jobs and the economy – the top concern of voters according to the Chamber's recent CityBeat poll.  Top “pink slip triggering” Supervisor Chris Daly criticized the Chamber for its analysis calling it the “Wall Street of the West.”  “With 46,000 San Franciscans out of work, this scorecard is intended to help voters assess how well their Supervisor is addressing their concerns,” said Chamber President & CEO Steve Falk. “The overall reaction to the scorecard makes us think we should perhaps do this once a quarter.” Click here to view the scorecard and see which Supervisors are helping to create paychecks and those whose actions are triggering pink slips in San Francisco.
