Members of Business Alliance:

  • Develop skills and tools to grow their businesses.
  • Dramatically expand their network of contacts.
  • Gain valuable personal and professional development experience.
  • Exchange leads, which turns into increased revenue.
Business Alliance is a serious commitment:
  • You must be a Chamber member to join
  • There are two groups which meet twice monthly on a five-month basis. First semester January-May and Second Semester July-November.
  • In order to eliminate competition each group contains one representative from any given industry
  • Note: Both Business Alliance groups have closed over $500,000 in business from January 2011-October 2011

What is a typical Business Alliance meeting like?

A typical Business Alliance meeting is an hour and a half in length. The first portion is spent networking with other participants and practicing your “.30 second commercial.” Several participants will then be given 10 minutes to present to the group for purposes of professional development as well as educating your peers on your business, what services you market, and your target audience. Time is then allotted to exchange leads and discuss closed business. Food and beverages are provided at every meeting.

What type of people participate in Business Alliance?

Individuals who are looking to establish and develop a network of contacts that potentially translates into revenue for their company. Anyone who is looking to develop strategic alliances with other businesses and business people in the Bay Area.
