Winners will be announced at a gala awards presentation and cocktail reception attended by more than 900 business and community leaders on October 28 at the Nob Hill Masonic Center. Innovation Through Technology Emerging Growth Building San Francisco Small Business Economic Development “All of this year's finalists exemplify the spirit of innovation our city is known for,” said San Francisco Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Steve Falk. “These innovative entrepreneurs and business leaders are not only committed to the success of their companies, but to our city's communities and economy.” As the Chamber celebrates its 160th anniversary, this year's Ebbies will also honor San Francisco's centurion companies that have been in business 100 years or more and have helped shape the city's unique character and robust economy. Centurion companies to be honored include: PG&E, Bechtel Corporation, DelMonte and many others. The Ebbies were created in 1991 by the Chamber to honor San Francisco businesses for their vision and innovation and to celebrate their many contributions. The Ebbies awards gala on October 28 at the Nob Hill Masonic Center is open to the public, but advanced tickets are required.
