What is SF Forward?
The SF Forward is an issues Political Action Committee which is a legal and commonly used tool that enables employees and members of groups – such as a Chamber of Commerce – to pool their political contributions and support political issues that are important to the business community.

Why Contribute to SF Forward?
SF Forward funds campaigns for or against local ballot measures and can influence legislative outcomes by funding initiative or referendum campaigns that are important to the business community and San Francisco's economy.

SF Forward serves as the engine behind the Chamber's public policy agenda. Contributions allow us to communicate with city residents though ballot handbook arguments, neighborhood newspaper ads and slate cards, educating voters on the chamber's positions on a wide variety of local ballot measures.

Who Decides What Contributions Are Made?
The SF Forward PAC board, made up of Chamber board members and other local business leaders, determines what issues and campaigns the PAC funds.

Who can give to SF Forward?
Any U.S. citizen, “green card” holder or business can give to SF Forward.
